Delivery Aim
Delivery aim may vary on anything imported and can be found in the description under the specific item, however they may take up to 40 working days to arrive.
Please keep in a mind the delivery aim is simply a aim not a precise delivery date.
Policy
All sales on anything imported is final. We offer NO refunds returns or exchanges as stated on the description off all imported items. Anyone who asks will be sent this policy & may be ignored if they continue to message after that.
Imported items may arrive separately even if you placed them in 1 order.
Tracking
You will eventually receive an email with a tracking number, this may not update untill your item arrives in uk. Don't stress this is completely normal! Your item is still on its way to you :)
This is due it’s coming the fact from another country it’s with a different carrier but asoon as it comes into uk it goes to Royal Mail/the carier on your tracking number that's when it updates.
Issues
If you have recieved your order and believe their is an issue/fault you have 48 hours after receiving it to contact us with pictures of proof that the item arrived with a fault/faulty/in that condition otherwise we cannot help.
(This does not include items that don't fit or wear and tear issues after wearing the product)
If once investigated & we believe them item was sent faulty and it was a mistake on our side you will be expected to return the item to us within 12 days of us sending our return address & we will give you a voutcher for our website that is the same value of the faulty item / Replacement.
I missed my delivery
With some clothing parcels Royal Mail will require a signature, if no one is in to provide this you will be left with a delivery slip with instructions on how to re-arrange a delivery or you can follow the instructions on your tracking number to re/arrange a delivery .
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to rearrange the delivery in the time period shown on your slip.
If you fail to rearrange the delivery in this time period shown on your slip your order will NOT be returned to me but to my supplier & will be disposed off.
