Issues & policy

I have received an order and have an issue what should I do?
If you have an issue or concern about your order please EMAIL us immediately after receiving your order & please make sure your order is unused & unopened otherwise we  will not be able to help due to the nature of our products.

All products are quality checked before being dispatched so you will be expected to send a picture of the UNUSED item & explain your problem and if the issue is not able to be fixed & we agree there's been a mistake & they arrived faulty u will be expected to return the item cover postage & email a picture of the postage receipt once done. Once we have received the lashes/product back and investigated/seen the issue for ourselves we will exchange them for a new pair/item.

Postage will be returned once we have received the faulty item.

Anyone who's found out to be lying about there products condition/how it arrived is commiting fraud & will be reported.

A reminder that this doesn't include wear & tear on jewellery or clothes as all sales are final on jewellery & clothes and we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges. (Please look at our imported policy if you have an issue with clothes)

I have changed my mind what can I do?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/exchanges due to a simple change of mind as this cost us un payed for service & we would have to dispose any items returned due to hygine reasons with the nature of the products.

My lashes are not identical what can I do about it? 
Unfortunately we do not offer refund on handmade lashes for not being the 'same' or 'identical' as they are handmade as noted in description making them impossible to make identical to each other, sorry for any inconvenience.

My order has not arrived what can I do?
If it has been 10 working days (NOT including weekends) since your order was shipped & you have still not received it please contact us via email & we will be able to put a dispute in with Royal Mail for you. They will investigate where your order is & if it's lost Royal Mail will compensate for your losses and your original order will be resent out.
Please make sure to inform me if it arrives after  I've asked Royal Mail to investigate, Anyone who is found out to be lying about there order not arriving is committing fraud and will be reported.

Imported items delivery aim 
 All imported clothing aims to arrive in around 30 working days but may take up 40 working days to arrive, we also offer no refunds or returns on imported items.

Blocking or ignoring you 
We have the right to block & ignore anyone who messages abuse, spam or is rude to staff who deal with customer services, this is due to our no abuse policy.
