How long does postage take?
Most orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, this aims for your order to arrive 3-5 working days after it was posted. (This does NOT include weekend or bank holidays)

How do I know when my order was posted?
You will receive and email off us to say your order has been shipped almost instantly after us posting it, so check your emails.
Can I track my order, or can you give updates?
Unfortunately no we can't track your order or give you updates once it has been posted as it will be in Royalmails hands not ours, also as tracked postage is £5 and we only charge £1 for postage with most items we cannot afford to send items tracked.
My order has not arrived what can I do?
If it has been 10 working days (NOT including weekends) since your order was shipped & you have still not received it please contact us via email & we will be able to put a dispute in with Royal Mail for you. They will investigate where your order is & if it's lost Royal Mail will compensate for your losses and your original order will be resent out.
We politely ask you do not contact us before it's been 10 working days as there is simply nothing we can do.
Please make sure to inform me if it arrives after I've asked Royal Mail to investigate.
Anyone who is found out to be lying about their order not arriving is committing FRUAD and will be reported.
Imported items delivery aim
All imported clothing aims to arrive in around 30 days but may take up 40 working days to arrive.
Imported items may arrive separately even if you placed them in 1 order, do not stress! Your items are still on their way to you :)
